Shipping & Delivery Policy

1Shipping Charges

• We offer free standard shipping on orders of ₹1,000 or above.
• A standard shipping charge of ₹70 will apply to orders below ₹1,000.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional handling charge of ₹100 will apply.
• Any applicable shipping or handling charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

2Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the delivery location, courier service, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery to remote locations, difficult-to-service areas, or certain PIN codes may require additional transit time.

3Order Cancellation and Undelivered Orders

• An order may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms displayed on our website prior to dispatch.
• If an order is cancelled by FA ABDURRAHIM & CO., or if the order is lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to us or our logistics partner, we will provide an appropriate refund of the amount paid by the customer, including applicable shipping charges paid for that order.
• If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, refuses delivery, or is unavailable to receive the shipment despite reasonable delivery attempts, any refund or re-shipping will be handled according to the circumstances of the order.

4Delivery Restrictions

We may be unable to deliver certain products to particular PIN codes because of courier-service limitations or other logistical restrictions.

If delivery is unavailable to the PIN code entered by the customer, the order may not be accepted for that destination. Where possible, we will contact the customer and request an alternative serviceable PIN code.

5Multiple Shipments

We make reasonable efforts to ship all products in an order together. However, depending on product availability, warehouse location, or product characteristics, an order may occasionally be dispatched in more than one shipment.

If an order is split into multiple shipments, no additional shipping charge will be imposed solely because of such split shipment.
