Return and Exchange Policy

1How to Request a Return or Size Exchange

To request a return or size exchange, please contact FA ABDURRAHIM & CO. with your order number and at least three clear photographs of the product.

We may request additional photographs or videos where necessary to assess the issue. Photographs help us process requests efficiently; however, a customer's statutory rights will not be affected where photographs cannot reasonably be provided.

2Conditions for Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to availability and the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accompanying items.
• The requested replacement size must be available in stock.
• The replacement delivery address must be serviceable by our logistics partner.
• Only one size exchange request is permitted per order.

3Discretionary Returns & Change of Mind Terms

Requests made because the customer selected the wrong size, colour, or model, no longer wants the product, or simply does not like the product will be considered under our discretionary return and exchange terms.

Such requests may be accepted only if the product meets the applicable return conditions. Where an eligible return is accepted for these reasons, return shipping charges may be payable by the customer, and any separately paid original delivery charge may not be refundable.

4Circumstances Where Returns May Be Declined

Subject to applicable consumer rights, we may decline a change-of-mind return if:

• The product has been worn, used, washed, laundered, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• The product is returned without its original packaging, tags, or accompanying items.
• The product shows dirt, stains, odour, scratches, or other signs of use or customer-caused damage.
• The product has been customised or altered at the customer's request.
• The product is returned outside the applicable return period.

5Manufacturing Defects, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a damaged product, the wrong product, size, or colour due to our error, or a product that materially differs from its description or agreed specifications, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

After reviewing and verifying the issue, we may provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

6Return Approval, Logistics & Inspection

Once a return request is approved, we may arrange collection through our authorised logistics partner.

Returned products may be inspected to confirm their condition and the reason for return. If a return does not meet the applicable conditions, we will explain the reason for rejection and, where appropriate, send the product back to the customer.

This inspection does not limit a customer's rights in relation to a genuine manufacturing defect, damaged delivery, incorrect product, or any other matter covered by applicable consumer law.

7Free Gifts and Promotional Items

If an order includes a free gift or promotional item and the main product is returned, the free gift or promotional item must also be returned in the condition in which it was supplied, unless we advise otherwise.
