When DDP is available for your destination, you will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes to the courier upon delivery.

FA ABDURRAHIM & CO. and our global logistics partners take care of customs filing and duty payments in advance.

Delivery to Your Door

Once customs clearance is completed, your order is delivered to your door with no separate duty requests from the courier.

DDP availability can vary depending on several dynamic international factors:

• Destination country & remote area status• Product type & HS code classification• Total order & shipment declared value• Shipment physical weight and dimensions• Specific destination customs regulations• International courier partner capabilities

Therefore, DDP cannot be permanently guaranteed for every country, product, or order. The final shipping method and whether duties and taxes are included will be confirmed at checkout or before dispatch.

If DDP is not available for your destination, your order will be shipped under standard international delivery terms. In this case, the customer may be responsible for:

• Import duties• Customs taxes• VAT / GST• Customs clearance fees• Brokerage charges• Local government charges

These charges are determined independently by the customs authorities or courier in the destination country.

•No Surprise Customs Charges — When DDP Applies

If your order is specifically confirmed as DDP — Duties & Taxes Included, FA ABDURRAHIM & CO. will cover the applicable import duties and taxes included under the DDP arrangement.

You pay the agreed amount at checkout, and there should be no additional payment to the courier for the covered import duties and taxes upon delivery.

However, charges caused by circumstances such as an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required customs identification, storage, re-delivery, or other customer-related issues may not be covered.

•Customer Responsibility & DDP Confirmation

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information and cooperate with customs or courier requests when necessary.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products are permitted for import into their country.
FA ABDURRAHIM & CO. cannot be responsible for import restrictions, prohibited items, or customs decisions imposed by the destination country.
